I have been taking my cars to Josh for about 20 years. During this time, Josh has
1. Fixed problems that other mechanics couldn't fix
2. Taken the time to fix parts, rather than just replacing them and charging me for them.
3. Completed small repairs at no charge.
4. Treated me, my family, and everyone I've recommended to him with honesty and respect.
Most of the time, Josh can fix your car for less money than anyone else. If he can't, he will tell you he can't. Either way, he will be honest and will treat you better than anyone else. There are many shops within a few miles from my house, but I drive 40 minutes too get to Josh's shop because he is a man of character and an excellent mechanic. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

After a recommendation from a friend, I took my car to The Extra Mile to have my brakes fixed. The receptionist that took my call was very helpful and she was able to squeeze me in next day. I dropped my car off overnight and deposited my keys into the night box. First thing the next morning Josh had my problem diagnosed. The prior shop I worked with put the wrong set of brakes on my car which caused unusually fast wear and tear on the breaks. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my car Josh had pictures printed out of the new breaks and the prior brakes, to show me exactly what the issue was. I'm thankful that Josh was able to solve the problem so quickly and saved me from buying a new car. I will absolutely bring my cars to The Extra Mile in the future.
